Missed yesterday, but I've done an hour of editing so far today.

50 minutes of editing, and I am now done with the Podaware podcast! I could do with never hearing myself go "ummm" and "ah" again, thank you. I sound much better when actually podficcing...

Oh, and also I recorded for 20 minutes in the morning! All four flatmates were still sleeping, so I thought I'd better seize the moment. I recorded in the living room, which I usually never do, but boyfriend was in our room sleeping. It'll be interesting to see how the sound turns out.

Ugh. I am not doing so well at this repomodmo so far. Weekends are impossible for me, with everyone around. I intend to make up minutes on Mon/Tues/Wed. Turns out my kids will miss 8 days of school this month, which also doesn't help. Nor does my trip away for four days. *shoots self in foot*

Ok. I had a very faily couple of days but I am back on the horse!!! I (re)-recorded my #ITPE fic, found a second, supplemental #ITPE fic, worked on some cover art for another person, and worked on my BP spreadsheet of doom. Total time... IDK, but at least 3 hours. That must make up for completely failing this last week /o\

Stop shooting! This is meant to be helpful, not stressful. We know that the challenge runs through what's a busy month for a lot of people. Do what you can and remember that some of this can be done in snatches or potentially while keeping an eye on children. Re-read stories you plan to podfic, for example!

Thanks for the encouragement. My goal is to get one decent podfic done by the end of the month. Part of the problem is another fannish obligation which is due by the 19th, but I need to finish that by Wed and I just decided I need to start it from scratch. I'm hoping it flow and be MUCH better for having made that decision, however. It feels like a less holey story this way.

Anyway, sorry. Didn't mean to blah blah at you. I really appreciate the encouragement.

I recorded... about 35 minutes of raw podfic today; the first two sections of my Super Humongous Project Of Doom! I also learned how to pronounce Welsh. Well. I didn't? But I made a good effort, damn it...

Wait. You are learning Welsh? My brand new tv boyfriend speaks Welsh. He did an interview and it was adorable and I couldn't understand anything he said, but damn if I wasn't a melted puddle listening to him. I mean, I melt when he speaks English too, but the Welsh. Guh.

Recorded 15 minutes of #ITPE, edited for 15 minutes (also #ITPE!). It's really coming along! I'm actually falling in love with this podfic SO MUCH. I hope my recipient loves it as much as I do! *_*

I'm biased, obvs, but I *love* hearing that #ITPE projects are going well. I also love hearing that people adore what they're working on <3

Got ten minutes of recording done, and about twenty minutes editing. Also some amount of time making cover art, though I'm not entirely sure how much I can count since much of it was spent messing around with Donald Glover's delightful face. :D Probably half an hour, though.

I made two podfic covers & converted two (other) podfics to audiobook format! (This totally counts as work, btw, since it means I have to switch OS because I have yet to figure out how to do that on linux :P).

If by "almost ready" you mean maybe another week before the editing is finished, yes. (I'm almost 2 hours in and the podfic is over 4 hours long... *sigh* so. much. editing to go.)
