I did a quick tally, as well as I could (not at home atm), and think I was 5 days short. This week was difficult due to a wedding, work and travel, so I'd missed three days in addition to the two I missed earlier in the month. So today, I edited for three and a half hours. :D
I love remopodmo. The daily check-ins really help me to keep on track. So a huge thank you to the mods - you are awesome!!
My goal was to edit half an hour every day. I can't do a proper count of how much I edited atm, but it's probably around 18 to 20 hours total, considering there were days when I edited for hours. Also this month: another three or four hours recording, and at least ten hours of exporting, checking, beta communication and uploading / crossposting. There were two Saturdays when I did nothing but podfic all day. In all, a productive month!
I never, however, did get to the old recordings I had thought about when devising this challenge for myself. I kind of regret that, but I also think fresh fandom love is a limited commodity, so tend to throw myself into the new fandom wholeheartedly - which I doubt is a bad thing. So the big Lewis podfic I recorded last November will linger on my hard drive for just a bit longer, but I think that's okay, it will still be awesome when I get there.
But I am very much looking forward to not being driven by editing, and going back to recording more. It means files piling up, but it's also a lot more fun.
