It's not, but it's horrible because it's not the way I usually do things! /o\ The ones I do like this come out way more franken-ed than I would really like :(
I've never been able to develop the patience for editing as I go, but I suspect you're a smoother reader than I am. (Seriously, a 2:1 editing:recording ratio is better than most of us ever see. Allllll of the props to you.)
it's funny you say that, because I don't have the patience to edit afterwards! Don't know about smooth, but I'm more zoned in, I guess? (Never fear! I suspect even editing as I go my ratio is probably more than 2:1 too! Props to you guys who clearly have more patience than I do :) )
About 35 minutes of serious editing, then another 20 minutes or so of prooflistening and making a few adjustments. Some more time to finished and post a new podfic that I"d recorded on Tuesday.
Taget 40min! Despite going to a football match and working, I managed to finish two podfics.\o/ 30min on the Gerard/Gerard insanity! 15min on a short podfic for my 'read quickly (for you)' podfic bingo square. This may have to be scrapped, but we'll see. 5min editing before I was overcome by tiredness. Total: 50min.
Found a fic I liked, sent an email asking permission, received permission to podfic, recorded the first 40 minutes, all in about an hour. Time flies at the speed of internet sometimes :D
Day four was a day of VICTORY. I spent many many hours (oh god so much timeeee) doing my last listen-through and itty bitty re-records on Vampire!podfic AKA Black Market Blood by blue_soaring. And then I posted it!
It's my first to break the two hour mark and I am craaazy excited about that.
