Welcome to my first post at ReMoPodMo. So, Spring (and allergens, lol) are in the air, the school year is coming to an end for many, and vacations are (hopefully) on the horizon.

AHAHAHA. SCHOOL'S NOWHERE NEAR OVER HERE. Ahem, yes. I'm not even in the education system anymore.

Sadly didn't get much done today as I spent time I had planned for podficcing stuff watching Horrible Histories, which whilst highly amusing and educational, wasn't particularly productive. On the plus side though, I heard back from an author and had a bit of a chat with them. So permission acquired for a Merlin podfic now! :D

Really, wow! Nearly everyone I know is cramming for finals, lol.

Also, rofl, when I first read your check-in comment, I thought you said you had podficced Horrible Histories and was ALL excited (that would get you some serious Amplificathon points). :P

Congratulations on your author talk and permissions, those are always awesome!

Yeah, I know they're technically "plot" bunnies, but mine are also multi-taskers... Temptation!Bunnies AWAY!

I recorded a bunch of psuedo-podfic (they were basically me turning on my mic and talking for a minute or two and then doing some very minor editing) and then posted them to my soundcloud, which made up fifteen or twenty minutes of nonsense.

And then I did the raw recording for a, um. Hmmmmmm . . . It's a audio-visual version of one of my stories. For different medium on my podfic bingo card.

(Also I haven't been studying for finals as there is very little studying involved in art school period, but I have been making my finals! I just found out half of my books won't arrive until they are no longer useful so I'm going to need to talk to one of my teachers about that. Oi vey.)

Oooh, I am intrigued by this audio-visual thing. It sounds really cool and I can't wait to see how it turns out.

(I think I would like art school, then. Sadly, I have not a single artistic bone in my body. lol) Good luck with your teacher!

20 min recording! Which isn't great, I'm looking forward to the Easter break being over, so I can get my empty house back and I can record properly :)

20 min, w00t! Hey, I only managed to get 15 min, so you're winning on that count. :D

Oh, empty houses are SO nice for recording! I can't remember the last time I had an empty house, lol. Now, I just have to make sure and time my recording sessions when everyone else is asleep. :P

I wanted to try to get some recording in yesterday, since I'm going to be traveling this weekend and I won't be able to record then (but hope to keep doing some editing every day), but I was just too tired. Still, I kept plugging away at editing for podficbigbang. I think I spent 45 minutes or so on it, finished off chapter 11 and started in on 12.

\o/ You're one step closer to finishing your PBB! Yay! I can certainly understand being too tired to record, no worries, some days are just like that. I'm SO excited about PBB, it's not even funny. :)

I did about 90 minutes of recording some pretty strange fic. That's okay \o/ My plans include failing out of college!

gosh, is it really bad that I can't remember what happened two days ago? :S

Um, I think I managed to make a few covers for podfics I'm planning to record, and was especially proud of the one where I got to mash up RDJ and Benedict Cumberbatch next to each other! Absurdly pleased about this. I was planning to record something, but that was derailed by skyping with a friend for 3 hours. Oops!
