Ok, I haven't done anything yet, but I intend to read through the story tonight and look for where I might be able to include little sound effects, since my voice is still wrecked.
I'm pleased! Hey, I'm wondering if there is a comm or someone I could talk to about various aspects of podding. I know about podfic_meta, but that doesn't seem like the right place to ask. Do you know? I'd love to have someone/a comm to talk to as I go through this and someone to beta for me at the end.
I did... idk, a lot of editing. At any rate I finished editing & recording pick-ups for yesterday's 45-minute file, sent it out for beta & am preparing to post it!
Did 10 minutes of editing on the January podfic of doom, and then did some dry-run readings of my #itpe podfic (but I was too drunk to actually, you know, record something). Also did some podficcey things for the lovely and amazing themusecalliope (which I'm not sure counts, since it's not my own project, but I say that anything that gets more podbooks out there is a good thing). And... ate a lot of pumpkin-chocolate-chip cookies, which is great for the morale.
On the third I failed to record anything, but I did get to attend CellarDoor, Michellearee, and Keerawa's podfic panel at Sherlock Seattle! It was a ton of fun and we learned how to do some cool editing things in Audacity. ^_^
